BUILT IN 1982. PASSAGE FOR TANJUNG PINANG WITH 139 PASSENGERS & 26 CREW. WEATHER WORSENED AND WAVES INCREASED TO 5 FEET. STEERING WAS LOST THE VESSEL CAPSIZED ONTO HER STBD SIDE. SEVEN MISSING.
