REPORTED UNCONTROLLABLE FIRE IN ENGINE ROOM. WAS ANCHORED AND THEN ABANDONED BY CREW AND BURNED OUT. STRUCK WHILE AT ANCHOR BY CHINESE MV 'WU MEN' AND SANK 10 MINUTES LATER. (MSD).
