BUILT IN 1894 BY W DENNY & BROS LTD. OWNED AT TIME OF LOSS BY THE LONDON, BRIGHTON AND SOUTH COAST RAILWAY. TWO TRIPLE EXPANSION ENGINES, TWIN SHAFT. PASSAGE NEWHAVEN FOR DIEPPE. COLLIDED WITH FRENCH FERRY SS LYON IN SMOOTH SEAS AND DENSE FOG. HIT ON THE PORT SIDE AND SANK IN 40 MINUTES. (SIBI).
