(LL, 12.8.89). HH544/350/01 17.10.89 S AND N CARD BUOYS PLACED AT BOW AND STERN OF WK, WHEN IN ITS ORIGINAL POSN 134217.5N, 1003340E, HAVE BEEN WITHDRAWN. (BANGKOK NM 113/2532, 31.7.89).
