GROUNDED & SUBSEQUENTLY CAPSIZED & SANK WHILE TAKING REFUGE DUE TO HEAVY WEATHER OFF SHAKHTERSK, AFTER COAL-LOADING OPERATIONS SUSPENDED AT PORT. ONLY 1 OF THE MOSTLY PHILIPPINO CREW OF 21 SURVIVED.
