Circumstances of loss

EX-YAMM '05, EX-NARA '02, EX-KNIN 98, EX-FIDECONBUS '89. BUILT IN 1998 BY SHIN NIPPONKAI HEAVY INDUSTRIES, TOYAMA, JAPAN. HAD BEEN IN SRI LANKAN WATERS SINCE 2009 FOLLOWING A COURT ORDER WHICH PREVENTED HER FROM LEAVING. ENGINEERS REMAINED ON BOARD BUT LEFT AS THEY HAD NOT BEEN GIVEN FOOD. BEGAN TO DETERIORATE WITH NO MAINTENANCE AND SUBSEQUENTLY SANK. APPARENTLY BROKE IN TWO EITHER BEFORE OR WHILE SINKING.
