H3804/72 20.9.79 NO SIGN OF THIS WK DURING LWS ON 11.8.79. SEA STATE AT TIME OF OBSERVATION ZERO. LOCAL HARBOUR MASTER ALSO HAS NO KNOWLEDGE OF IT. (LT A C FULLER RNR, HN DTD 28.8.79). DELETED. BR STD.
