General Comments
F00612-- A possible historical submerged wreck with least depth of 7 feet located within 5 meters of Alameda Marina. Wreck length is 265 feet, beam is 38 feet, height from bottom is 3.6 feet at shoalest point. The Hydrographer suggests, however improbable, that this may be a wreck of historical significance and recommends divers dive on the obstruction for verification. The wreck shows signs of a superstructure, appears to have an aged, skeletal hull, with presumed absence of a wood deck dissolved by the sea.
