(AUTHORITY NOT STATED). NC 1795. H1310/81/11 2.7.81 TRUE POSN NOW REPD AS 572040N, 063648W [OGB]. LIES IN ABOUT 40-50FT OF WATER, CLOSE IN AGAINST BASE OF CLIFFS. A DISTINCTIVE ROCK PILLAR, SOME 60FT HIGH, STANDS OVER WK SITE. WK WELL BROKEN UP. A ROCK PINNACLE, AWASH AT LW, 25 YARDS FROM SHORE, IS ABOUT 20FT FROM BOILER. (C J ASTON, 25.6.81). NCA.
