PASSAGE LIVERPOOL FOR PIREAUS UNDER TOW WITH VERNICOS BARBARA IV, BY VERNICOS GIORGIS. TOWING VESSEL FOULED PROP ON THE TOW DURING A GALE AND ALL 3 TUGS WERE BLOWN ONTO ROCKS AND BECAME A CTL.
