RAN AGROUND OUTSIDE TRIPOLI HBR. REFLOATED & ANCHORED OFF PORT, EXPERIENCED ENGINE TROUBLE. SURVEY REVEALED EXTENSIVE BOTTOM DAMAGE. TOWED TO VALLETTA WHERE MOST OF CARGO DISCHARGED, DECLARED A CONSTRUCTIVE TOTAL LOSS, SOLD & TOWED TO SPLIT TO BE SCRAPPED. (MSD).
