(CABLE & WIRELESS, I MURDOCH TELECON). NCA. BELIEVED BOMB PLANTED ON BOARD BY SIKH EXTREMISTS. REMAINS OF PLANE LIE IN OVER 2000 MTRS. BLACK BOX RECOVERED ON 11 JULY. (LLOYDS 261/52). WRECKAGE SCATTERED OVER AREA 4.5 BY 1.5 MILES ON SEABED IN 6700 FT OF WATER. PLANE BROKEN APART BEFORE HITTING WATER. (LLOYDS 261/305). SALVAGE OPS TO BEGIN OCT'85. (LLOYDS 262/21).
