CAUGHT TRYING TO DIVERT CARGO AFTER HAVING FEIGNING HAVING SUNK OFF CAPE OF GOOD HOPE. AFTER HAVING TRANSFERRED CARGO TO ANOTHER VESSEL FOR ONWARD TRANSMISSION TO IRAQ, ZALCOSEA WAS DETAINED. (GHANA PORTS AUTHORITY).
