PASSAGE PIREAUS FOR PHUKET (WHERE SHE WAS TO BE USED A FLOATING HOTEL) VIA GIBRALTAR AND THE CAPE OF GOOD HOPE. BROKE AWAY FROM TOW OF M TUG NEFTEGAZ 67 IN HURRICANE-FORCE WINDS AND GROUNDED ON W COAST OF FUERTAVENTURA ISLAND. FOUR ON BOARD RESCUED. NEXT DAY HULL BROKE IN TWO AND BECAME UNSALVABLE. (MSD).
