REPORT DTD 15.9.48 STATES THAT THE BUILD UP OF SAND HAS CAUSED THE WRECK TO SETTLE IN IT. STATED ON 30.3.50 UNCOVERS BY 0.5MTRS AT VERY LOW TIDE. STILL IN EXISTENCE, 3.11.52. VESSEL MADE FOR HARBOUR & WAS ATTACKED BY PLANES FROM US CARRIER RANGER. 11 OF 159 COMPLEMENT LOST. (DODS)
