PASSAGE PORT ARTHUR FOR DARTMOUTH. TORPEDOED BY U-24. 2 OF 35 CREW LOST. (SII). 28.12.1915 TORPEDOED NEAR OLD HEAD OF KINSALE ON 28.12.1915. TAKEN IN TOW NEXT DAY BUT TOW PARTED AND VESSEL WAS WASHED ASHORE AT MAN O' WAR COVE, WHERE SHE LATER BROKE IN TWO. (SHIPWRECKS OF THE IRISH COAST VOL.1 1994 EDN).
