BUILT 1965 BY E.J. SMIT & ZN'S SCHEEP., WESTERBROEK. OWNED AT TIME OF LOSS BY ERIK B KROMANN. PASSAGE FROM ANZIO TO AVONMOUTH. RAN AGROUND ON ROCKY SHORE AT PUNTA D'EN RIBAS, SANTA EULALIA. WITH HEAVY LEAKAGE THROUGH STERN, HOLDS BECAME FLOODED & VESSEL WAS ABANDONED. AFTER SEVERAL UNSUCCESSFUL ATTEMPTS TO REFLOAT, SHE SLIPPED OFF & COMPLETELY SANK, SIX MONTHS LATER. (MSD).
