BUILT 1898 AS AN IRON BARQUENTINE AT AMLWICH, SERVED AS A Q SHIP DURING WW1. TWIN MOTORS FITTED IN 1916. SOLD TO CAPT O'TOOLE OF ARKLOW IN 1923. SANK FOLLOWING A COLLISION IN THE MERSEY IN 1939, RAISED & MASTS REMOVED. STRUCK ROCKS AND SANK WHILE ON PASSAGE ARDS TO GARSTON. CREW RESCUED. (SHIPWRECKS OF THE IRISH COAST).
