CONDEMNED & SCUTTLED THERE AFTER HAVING BEEN DISMASTED OFF THE CAPE OF GOOD HOPE TOWARDS THE END OF THE LAST CENTURY. THIS JETTY SERVED THE WHALING STATION WHEN IT WAS A GOING CONCERN. (SA PILOT, VOL.2, PAGE 140)
