PASSAGE VISAKHAPATNAM FOR JAPAN. SANK WHEN SIDE PLATING GAVE WAY DUE TO BAD WEATHER, NEAR ANDAMAN ISLANDS. ALL 33 CREW WERE SAFELY RESCUED. (MSD)
