MONSOON WEATHER PREVENTED ANY REFLOATING ATTEMPTS. 31 CREWMEN WERE AIRLIFTED TO SAFETY. VESSEL WAS ABANDONED AS A CONSTRUCTIVE TOTAL LOSS. (MSD)
