RAN AGROUND ON ALPHEE SHOAL WHILE TRYING TO AVOID COLLISION WITH A LOCAL FV. VESSEL BROKE IN TWO & WAS LATER SET ON FIRE BY LOOTERS. ALL CREW SAFELY REACHED SHORE. (MSD)
