THE POSN IS VERY OBVIOUS, AT LEAST DURING THE SW MONSOON AS FISHING BOATS ARE THICKLY CLUSTERED ABOVE IT. A TEAPLANTER ACQUAINTANCE SAID HE WENT OUT WITH ANOTHER MAN WHO 'WALKED' ABOUT ON THE DECK.
