VESSEL WAS LYING ON ITS SIDE, BELIEVED SUNK. CREW SAFE. LOCATED STILL AFLOAT 100M S OF KASOS ISLAND ON 14.12.1980, TOWED TO THESSALONIKI TO DISCHARGE CARGO. DECLARED CTL & SOLD TO PANAMANIAN INTERESTS. RENAMED FREEDOM 1 & RETURNED TO SERVICE IN MARCH 1983. (MSD).
