HULL AFT OF FOR'D WINCH IS INTACT BUT BOW TOTALLY DESTROYED. GUN FOUND HALF-BURIED IN SAND NEARBY, POSSIBLY 40MM. DECKHOUSE REMAINS BUT OTHER UPPER DECK FITTINGS HAVE BEEN SWEPT AWAY. PORCELAINE FOUND - SOME MARKED WITH INITIALS K.M. (R NETH NAVY) AND OTHER WITH SWASTIKA AND DATE 1942. LEAST DEPTH IS ABOUT 5MTRS AND A DEEP SCOUR TO 13MTRS EXISTS NEAR THE BOW. (D TERMOTE, 15.5.88).
