BUILT 1963, OWNED AT TIME OF LOSS BY OIVIND LORENTZEN. SANK FOLLOWING COLLISION WITH FINNISH SS 'SARA' IN THICK FOG. VESSEL HAD EMPTY FORWARD TANKS & SANK ALMOST VERTICALLY WITH STERN EMBEDDED IN CLAY BOTTOM, SHE WAS FINALLY PUSHED TO THE BOTTOM BY ICE PRESSURE. (MSD).
