SANK, CAUSED MAJOR POLLUTION. DIVERS REVEALED A TRIANGULAR HOLE IN THE HULL, POSSIBLY CAUSED BY ANOTHER VESSEL ALONGSIDE DURING ILLEGAL FUEL TRANSFER/SMUGGLING OPERATIONS. VALVES ALSO FOUND TO BE OPEN WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN SEALED CLOSED. (LL).
