WAS CHASED INSHORE BY A GERMAN SUBMARINE ON A CALM, FOGGY NIGHT. GROUNDED ON VERE ROCKS BEFORE MASTER REALISED THEIR POSITION. LIGHTENED BUT UNABLE TO REFLOAT. (SIBI).
