WRECKS & BUOYS (FOR UB-101 & UB-105) HAVE BEEN EXPUNGED & WK 6FT WITH BUOY CLOSE NE (FOR UB-117) HAS BEEN INS. - NM ACTION. H4284/26 DELETE WK 6FT & BUOY. (AUTHORITY NOT KNOWN).
