SUNK BY TORPEDOES DISCHARGED FROM A FIXED BATTERY BUILT INTO THE CLIFFS OF THE ISLAND OF OSCARSBORG WHILE TRYING TO FORCE THE NARROWS IN THE APPROACHES TO OSLO. SANK WITH GREAT LOSS OF LIFE. (DODS).
