BOMBARDED BY 15 BOMBS AND ROCKETS FROM ARGENTINIAN AIRCRAFT DURING BRITISH LANDING OPERATIONS AT SAN CARLOS WATER, FALKLAND SOUND. CAUGHT FIRE AND SANK. 22 LIVES LOST, 178 SAFELY RECOVERED. (MSD).
