VESSEL, BUILT 1841 IN BRITAIN. THE LAST SURVIVING SHIP OF THE CALIFORNIA GOLD RUSH OF 1849 & IS NOW OWNED BY NATIONAL MARITIME HISTORY SOCIETY OF AMERICA. SHE ARRIVED IN THE FALKLANDS IN 1870 & ENDED HER SAILING CAREER IN 1880. (FALKLAND ISLAND SHORES, PUBLISHED 1985).
