(BUE SUBSEA, HI 204). SEE [946]. AMENDED TO DEAD.

BUILT IN 1906 IN DEVONPORT DOCKYARD. TRIPLE EXPANSION ENGINES OF 18,000 IHP. BABCOCK BOILERS. 4 X 12INCH, 4 X 9.2INCH & TEN 6INCH GUNS. PASSAGE SCAPA FLOW FOR BELFAST. STRUCK A MINE IN MINEFIELD LAID BY GERMAN RAIDER MOEWE ACROSS W ENTRANCE OF PENTLAND FIRTH. WAS TAKEN IN TOW BUT SANK 9 HOURS LATER AFTER BEING ABANDONED BY ENTIRE SHIP'S COMPANY. (DODS).
