VESSEL'S FORE COMPARTMENT VALVES FAILED MAKING HER UNMANAGEABLE & SHE WAS FINALLY SUNK BY FISHERY PATROL VESSEL KENNET OFF DODMAN POINT. (LOST PATROLS). CONSIDERED TO HAVE FOUNDERED ON PASSAGE TO BREAKERS. (C-IN-C DEVONPORT).
