BOMBED BY USN AIRCRAFT, VPB 103, AFTER BEING WRECKED ON SCILLIES. (GERMAN SUBS. VOL 2). 9.3.44 THOUGHT TO HAVE STRUCK EITHER THE BISHOP ROCK OR THE CREBINICKS ON 9.3.44. BADLY DAMAGED, SHE WAS SIGHTED AND BOMBED BY US LIBERATOR BOMBER. SHE WAS THEN SCUTTLED AND ABANDONED. (CORNISH SHIPWRECKS, VOL 3).
